Chef Mitch Cooper
Chef Mitch Cooper graduated from Baltimore’s International Culinary College in September of 1990 and began his culinary career with Stouffer Hotels at the Stouffer Harborplace Hotel in Baltimore, MD.  He was quickly promoted to Sous Chef in 1993.  Mitch then accepted his 1st position with Marriott International at the Bedford Glenn Renaissance Hotel as Restaurant Chef in 1995.  In 1996, he was promoted to Banquet Chef. 

In 1997, Mitch relocated back to Baltimore as the Specialty Restaurant Chef at the Renaissance Harborplace Hotel until he was promoted in 1999 to the Executive Chef at the Renaissance Time Square Hotel in NYC.  He was named one of the top 100 Chefs in New York City in 2000. 

In January of 2001, Mitch was asked to open the Renaissance Charleston Hotel in Charleston, SC.  While in Charleston, he received The 2001 Award of Culinary Excellence, an award given to the top 10 chefs within Marriott International. 
In January of 2003, Mitch returned to his home town of Baltimore, MD as the Executive Chef at the Baltimore Marriott Inner Harbor Hotel at Camden Yards.
This past September, he celebrated 17 years with Marriott International.

Chef Germain Haro
Chef Germain Haro graduated from The Culinary Institute of America and completed an internship at Caneel Bay Resort, St. Johns (USVI).  Germain began his Marriott career at Marco Island Marriott Beach Resort, Golf Club & Spa, where he was quickly promoted to Assistant Sous Chef.   In 2005, he transferred to the Kapalua Bay Renaissance, Maui, HI as Sous Chef.  In early 2006, he accepted a job offer with the Baltimore Inner Harbor Marriott at Camden Yards, as their Specialty Restaurant Chef.  During his time here, Germain has been honored to work with local charity events and compete in cooking competitions.  Germain will celebrate his five-year anniversary with Marriott this March and looks forward to many more years with Marriott.
