Cancellations
A credit card must be provided when reserving spa services. The spa services that you select are reserved especially for you. We request that you acknowledge and respect our policy. In fairness to our guests and staff, for cancellations please call a minimum of four hours in advance.

Please keep in mind that “no-shows” or last minute cancellations leave our therapists with empty appointment times as well as other guests that cannot get in.

There is a $35 fee for missed appointments or those canceled without sufficient notice.

Late arrivals will result in a shortened appointment.

Check - In
Please arrive 15 minutes ahead of your scheduled reservation. This allows time for a leisurely check-in, a change of clothes and a few moments to relax into the experience that awaits you.

To keep the serenity of the spa, we ask that you turn off your cellular phone upon arrival.
