- We recommend booking your appointments at least 2 weeks in advance. Reservations are subject to availability and must be guaranteed with a room reservation or credit card.
- For your convenience, a 20% service charge, which includes gratuity, will be added to each spa/salon service. Prices do not include sales tax.
- For guests staying at the resort and local guests, a 24-hour cancellation is necessary. For groups or Spa Packages, a 72-hour cancellation is necessary. No shows and late cancellations will be charged in full.
