Catering
Outside caterers are strictly prohibited. The only food and beverage that will be allowed into the resort is the wedding and/or groom’s cake per Georgia Code 51-1-31. Prepared meal items from the resort are considered perishable and cannot be allowed to leave the resort.
Deposit
A 25% advance deposit is due at contract signature, along with a credit card to guarantee your arrangements.
Event Manager
An event manager will contact you within seven business days of the sales manager receiving a signed contract. The event manager’s position is to coordinate and execute the stipulations of the event as outlined in your contract.
Payment
100% of all estimated charges, along with the final headcount are due five business days prior to arrival, 21 days if paying by check (we accept credit cards, company check, cashiers check and cash).
Outdoor Venue Rental Fees
An outdoor lakeside pavilion and resort deck with mountain views is available for ceremonies and cocktail receptions. A $850 rental fee includes white folding chairs. Stone Mountain Formal Garden located at the Antebellum Plantation is available for ceremonies. A $1,500 rental fee includes use of the bridal cottage and chairs.
