On May 26, 2007, my daughter and son-in-law had their wedding reception at the Boston Burlington Marriott. The wedding was followed by a breakfast on the morning of May 27, 2007. We are writing this letter to convey our praise and appreciation to all of your staff who made both of these events so enjoyable.
Because many of our friends and relative live all over the country, more than half of our guests had need of room reservations. All of them found your facility to be comfortable, elegant, and friendly. Your front desk personnel and all of the reservation clerks were most helpful and courteous.
We were absolutely thrilled with the implementation of all of our plans and wishes regarding the reception and the breakfast . The ballroom looked beautiful, the wait staff and bartenders were excellent, and all the food at the cocktail hour and reception was delicious. Everyone also enjoyed the tasty breakfast. Please give out kudos to the chef and all of the staff.
Our greatest appreciation is extended to our wonderful Event manager, Robyn Hayes. We absolutely cannot say enough positive things about Robyn. She was professional and knowledgeable at all times, but also warm, enthusiastic and reassuring throughout all of the planning. During the reception, she was always accessible, calm, and attentive to every detail. She is a treasure! Robyn is a major part of the reason that so many of our guests judged our wedding to be the best they had attended.
We have been Marriott "customers" for many years and we have always said that Marriott experiences are the best. Thanks to Robyn and your wonderful staff, that opinion is stronger than ever.

Dear Ms. Lantz,
We are writing to commend the hotel and especially Robyn Hayes on the planning and execution of our daughters wedding on the evening of October 20th. A wedding is a very important occasion and Robyn did everything in her power to make the day special. From the beginning Robyn listened to our requests and understood what was important to us. She was proactive with ideas and assisted us in planning our entire event making sure that all ran smoothly. It was reassuring to know that we could count on her to troubleshoot and attend to an of the little details that might arise.
We would also like to take this opportunity to tell you how pleased we were with the hotel and it s staff. Everyone was courteous and helpful to both our guests and us. All requests were met with a smile and executed in a timely manner. I can only praise the hotel and would not hesitate to recommend your facility to others.
