Policies
 

The Boston Marriott Peabody is able to temporarily hold a date for up to 7 business days. At the end of the 7 business days your Sales Manager can either send you a contract to secure the space for your event or they can simply release the hold with no penalty to you. If a contract is sent, you have approximately two weeks to return the contract to the Hotel with your advance non-refundable deposit. Your final head count and payment is due to your Event Manager at the Hotel five business days prior to your function. Final payment for all events can be made by Cash, Credit Card or Certified Check only.

Room Rates/Reservations
Room rates are non-commissionable and are subject to applicable state and local taxes. Room rates are based on single or double occupancy.

Check-in/Check-out Policy:
Our check-in time is after 4:00pm, check-out time is before 12:00pm. Guests arriving before check-in time will be accommodated as rooms become available.

Overnight room release date:
Reservations of your guests must be received 3 weeks prior to event date. On the release date, we reserve the right to release for general sale any unused portion of the block of rooms. If your guests call after the release date, they will be handled on a space and rate availability basis only.

Parking:
Complimentary on site parking.

Catering Requirements
The sale and service of all alcoholic beverages is regulated by the Massachusetts State Liquor Commission. The Boston Marriott Peabody is responsible for the administration of those regulations. It is a policy, therefore, that no alcoholic beverages may be brought into the hotel for a banquet function. We reserve the right to request proof of legal drinking age when necessary.

No food or beverages of any kind can be brought into the Hotel by Client or Attendees.
