Chef Richard Ross
Chef Richard Ross began his career at Marriott as a banquet cook at a young age and has been climbing the ladder of culinary excellence at Marriott ever since. He attended culinary school in Joliet, Illinois and Chef's Excellence Training at the Culinary Institute of America. Over his 23-year career with Marriott, he has worked at several of the finest Marriott properties in the Midwest including the Oakbrook Marriott, Minneapolis Marriott Downtown and the Schaumburg Marriott. Chef Ross was the Chicago area culinary champion for 10 years and had the privilege of hosting the NFL Pro Training Camp. We were proud to add Chef Ross to the Dayton Marriott catering team in 2001. Chef Ross' exuberant personality and vast knowledge of the culinary arts has led the Dayton Marriott to be the premier choice for wedding receptions in the Dayton area.
