Food and Beverage
To ensure the safety of all your guests and to comply with local health regulations, neither patrons nor their guests shall be allowed to bring food and beverage into the hotel. Catering must be provided by the hotel and all alcoholic beverages must be provided and served by the hotel and its staff.
Minimum Guarantee
150 adults for Saturday evening weddings
120 adults for Friday/Sunday/Afternoon weddings
Final Guarantee
Hotel requires your final guarantee three (3) business days prior to your event in order to ensure that we staff accordingly.
Payment Schedule
The following is the required payment schedule:
Deposit/Payment Amount: $2,500.00
Time Frame: Due at time of signed agreement See Sales Manager for Payment Schedule
Final Payment: Due Three (3) business days prior to event
All Deposits/Payments are non-refundable.
All Final Payments must be made by Certified Check or Cash.
All other payments may be provided by Credit Card or Personal Check.
